Role Description – Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, driving sales growth,



and managing customer relationships within the industrial automation sector.

The role requires a solid understanding of industrial automation applications, the ability to identify customer requirements, and the technical competence to recommend suitable products and solutions. The candidate will work closely with the application engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to prepare technical proposals, develop quotations, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

The position involves extensive field travel and regular customer visits to develop new accounts, strengthen existing relationships, generate enquiries, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
