At Travel Freeby, we’re looking for a MICE Operations Manager who can help us deliver smooth and memorable corporate travel and event experiences.
From coordinating hotel bookings and group travel to managing corporate events and handling last-minute changes, we need someone who enjoys taking ownership and knows how to keep things running smoothly.

What will you be responsible for?• Planning and managing corporate meetings, conferences, incentive trips, offsites, and other MICE events across India.
• Coordinating with hotels, resorts, and vendors for bookings, room allocations, special requests, and rate negotiations.
• Managing group flight bookings through corporate travel portals, along with local transportation and travel itineraries.
• Handling client billing, vendor payments, GST invoicing, and post-event financial reconciliations.




• Working closely with corporate clients, keeping them updated, and resolving any issues that arise before or during an event.
• Ensuring every event is well-coordinated, within budget, and delivered as planned.

Who would be a good fit?• Someone with 2–5 years of experience in MICE operations, corporate travel, or hotel group reservations.
• Familiarity with travel booking portals, GDS/IATA tools, and group travel arrangements.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, invoicing, and accounting tools such as Zoho Books.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle changing priorities.
• A proactive person who can coordinate with multiple teams and vendors without losing sight of the bigger picture.
