Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time onsite role responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging prospective and existing customers through digital and phone-based channels. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound outreach,



presenting Cloud Atler’s value proposition, and guiding customers through the sales cycle from initial discovery to closing. The role involves building and maintaining a solid sales pipeline in the CRM, coordinating product demos, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and feedback. The Inside Sales Specialist will follow up on campaigns, ensure timely responses to inquiries, and support customers in understanding pricing options and savings opportunities. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing accurate forecasting are core aspects of this position.
