Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern to support our expansion by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with hospitality partners.
This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, business development, partnership management, negotiations, and startup operations.

Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential hotel partners and other stakeholders
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels
• Conduct market research to identify prospective clients, market trends and business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners,



property managers and key decision-makers
• Generate, qualify and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline
• Schedule meetings and coordinate partnership discussions with the founding team
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads and follow-ups using CRM tools and spreadsheets
• Identify potential strategic partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve outreach and conversion
• Contribute towards monthly business development and partnership targets
