Roles and Responsibilities – IT Sales Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential B2B clients, corporate customers, IT companies, system integrators, resellers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, business directories, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Promote and sell IT products, software solutions, hardware, SaaS products, digital signage solutions, and other technology-based offerings as per company requirements.
• Understand customer requirements, identify business challenges, and recommend suitable IT solutions that align with their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations, sales pitches, and demonstrations to explain product features, perks, and business value to potential customers.
• Prepare and share quotations, commercial proposals,



and other sales documents in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
• Follow up with leads and prospects regularly through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings to move opportunities forward and close sales.
• Identify potential distributors, resellers, OEMs, and channel partners to expand the company's market reach and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, quotations, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and support teams to address customer queries, provide product information, and ensure smooth sales processes.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and proposals within approved company guidelines to achieve successful deal closures.
• Research market trends, competitor offerings, customer demands, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
