Job Description
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the Controlling function and serve as a trusted partner to business and finance leaders. This role will be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, robust controls,



high-quality reporting, and effective performance management across the organization.
Beyond maintaining financial discipline, the Associate Director - Controller will play a key role in shaping the future of the function by driving process improvements, simplifying ways of working, strengthening capabilities within the team, and leading transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and business impact.
This is a leadership role requiring strong technical controllership expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders while developing a high-performing team.
