About the Role
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement and long-term growth across the entire customer lifecycle. You will own CRM initiatives, customer journey optimization, lifecycle campaigns, and retention strategies that improve customer lifetime value across multiple international markets.

As part of a quick-growing AI-powered beauty e-commerce company, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, BI, Engineering, and AI teams to create personalized customer experiences through data-driven lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across the entire customer journey, from onboarding to retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, customer lifetime value (LTV), and overall lifecycle performance.
• Continuously optimize customer journeys based on customer behavior and business objectives.

CRM & Marketing Automation
• Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp,



In-App Messaging, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain automated customer journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ensure campaigns are personalized, timely, and aligned with customer lifecycle stages.

Customer Segmentation & Personalization
• Develop customer segmentation strategies using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
• Deliver personalized messaging and offers to improve engagement and conversion.
• Work closely with BI and Product teams to continuously refine audience segmentation.

Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Monitor and analyze lifecycle marketing performance using key business metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging, timing, creative, and customer journeys.
• Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations that improve retention and revenue.

Cross-functional Collaboration
