Job Description: Marketing Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Leader to head our marketing division from our corporate office in Okhla, Recent Delhi. In this leadership role, you will design and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for our IT System Integration business, specifically targeting the growth of our Hardware and Cloud Solutions portfolios.
The ideal candidate is a hybrid marketer who pairs deep data-driven analytics with creative storytelling. You will own the entire marketing funnel—from brand awareness and thought leadership to predictable lead generation—while leading cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Demand Generation
• Design and execute end-to-end B2B demand generation campaigns to build a high-quality pipeline for our enterprise and mid-market sales teams.
• Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key industry verticals across India to secure net-new logos for our cloud and hardware integration business.




• Optimize the lead lifecycle from initial capture to sales handoff, establishing clear MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) .

Digital Marketing & Performance Analytics

• Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, paid search, display advertising, and targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
• Establish a data-driven marketing culture by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to continuously measure campaign effectiveness and optimize budgets.

Use Cases, & Thought Leadership

• Develop compelling thought leadership content (whitepapers, eBooks, and executive insights) that positions our company as a premier IT system integrator.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into business value, creating structured Use Cases
