Role Description
The Head of Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading and scaling the sales function for M G REALINFRA PVT. LTD. This role oversees the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, property showings, negotiations, and closure of residential real estate deals. The Head of Sales will develop and implement sales strategies,



set revenue targets, and monitor performance metrics to drive consistent growth across projects. Daily responsibilities include managing and coaching the sales team, reviewing pipelines, coordinating with marketing and project teams, and ensuring strong account management and customer service. The role also involves market analysis, competitor tracking, pricing inputs, and regular reporting to senior leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications
• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding real estate or related industry targets.
• 4+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, property development, or a related real estate domain.
