About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced technical triage, monitor system health and backups, and act as a critical technical bridge between L1 helpdesk and L2/L3 engineering teams.

• Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic application issues.
• Communication skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and document incidents clearly
