Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Machinery Expert with strong technical knowledge of jewellery manufacturing equipment, tools, and instruments. The candidate will be responsible for understanding machinery requirements, ensuring equipment efficiency, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess in-depth knowledge of jewellery-making machinery, tools, and instruments used across various stages of jewellery manufacturing.
• Identify suitable machinery and equipment based on production requirements and manufacturing processes.
• Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance,



and servicing of jewellery manufacturing machines.
• Diagnose machinery faults, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure machines and tools are functioning efficiently and comply with operational and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to improve machine performance, productivity, and process efficiency.
• Evaluate recent machinery, tools, and technologies relevant to jewellery manufacturing.
• Maintain records of machinery maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with machinery suppliers and service providers for technical support, procurement, and servicing.
• Train and guide relevant team members on the correct use, handling, and maintenance of machinery and instruments.
