We’re hiring: Logistics Operations Manager at Beards & Shears ?
Beards & Shears is a men’s hair care and grooming brand shipping across India through our own website, Amazon and Flipkart.
What you’ll own
• Track every shipment from dispatch to delivery, and catch delays before customers complain
• Bring down RTO, especially on COD orders, through NDR follow-ups, address verification and courier-level analysis
• Resolve last-mile issues with courier partners and escalate when needed: failed attempts, wrong pincodes, delivery disputes
• Manage courier performance (TAT, delivery rate, RTO rate) and recommend which courier to use for which region
• Coordinate with our warehouse and packing team so orders ship on time with correct labels
• Handle lost, damaged and stuck shipment claims
• Share a weekly report on delivery rate, RTO % and NDR resolution with explicit action points

You’re a outstanding fit if you




• Have [2-4] years in logistics or order fulfillment, ideally in D2C or e-commerce
• Know your way around Shiprocket or similar aggregators and courier dashboards
• Are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and numbers
• Are a strong communicator who can follow up persistently with couriers and customers, in Hindi and English
• Take ownership and don’t wait to be told what’s broken

Good to have
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart seller ops
• Experience with COD-heavy order flows and NDR management
• Familiarity with Shopify
