Navalok Academy is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Student Counsellors to guide prospective students interested in building a career in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, explaining our logistics courses, and assisting students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students about Logistics and Supply Chain Management courses offered by the academy.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Provide information about placement assistance and career prospects in India and abroad.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to support the admission process.




- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to achieve admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and student-handling skills.
- Interest in education, career counselling, and student admissions.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work towards admission targets.
- Previous experience in student counselling, educational sales, or admissions is an advantage.
