Role Description The Real Estate Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru North. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting leads, conducting property consultations, organizing site visits, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. The Real Estate Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with buyers,



understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties within the primary real estate market. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with developers, tracking market trends, preparing sales presentations, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also requires mentoring junior sales staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and representing Yes Property professionally in all client interactions.
