About the Role
We are looking for a proactive ERP Sales Consultant to drive business development for our ERP and software solutions. You will meet clients face to face, understand their business pain points, and position ERP as a business solution, not just software. You will own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and networking
• Meet business owners, directors, operations heads, CFOs, and other decision-makers
• Run discovery meetings and understand client workflows across production, inventory, purchase, supply chain, accounts, quality control, and HR and payroll
• Present ERP solutions aligned with customer pain points
• Coordinate product demos with the technical and implementation teams
• Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and sales presentations




• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For
• 0-8 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development, or ERP/software sales
• Field sales experience is mandatory
• Comfortable with factory visits, in-person client meetings, and local travel
• Robust consultative selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proposal writing skills and a strong follow-up and deal-closing mindset
• Target-oriented, confident, and proactive approach
• Understanding of manufacturing business processes is a plus

Preferred Background (any one of these)
• Experience selling ERP solutions such as ERPNext, Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
• ERP/IT/SaaS/software sales experience
• Functional or domain expertise in manufacturing operations, plant management, supply chain, production planning, or industrial consulti
