About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and organized Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the Founder and collaborate with a team working on a deep-tech startup at IIT Bombay (IITB).
The role offers hands-on exposure to startup building, business operations, marketing, recruitment, team management, business development, and strategic execution.
You will help turn ideas into actionable plans, coordinate creative and technical teams, manage hiring activities, and contribute to the startup’s growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Founder’s Office & Business Operations• Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Convert business ideas into actionable tasks, plans,



and execution roadmaps.
• Track priorities, deadlines, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with team members and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Conduct market research and support strategic decision-making.

2. Hiring & Talent Acquisition• Manage hiring for Graphic Designers and Web Developers.
• Prepare job descriptions and publish internship or freelance opportunities.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with the Founder.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding and task allocation for selected candidates.

3. Team & Project Management• Coordinate the work of Graphic Designers and Web Developers.
• Create weekly work plans and monitor deadlines.
• Track project progress and ensure timely deliverables.
