The Manager, People Business Partner will play a strategic role in driving people strategy,



organizational effectiveness, and a high performance culture for Ralph Lauren’s Technology teams in India. This role partners closely with senior finance and sourcing leaders, centers of excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Learning Experience), and global People Partners to deliver business outcomes and elevate talent experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong HR business partnering experience within a Finance and Sourcing setting, thrives in a matrixed global setup, and is passionate about shaping culture in a dynamic, fast growing function.
