About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Planner to work closely with our BD and Growth team on winning new business. This role is focused on developing end-to-end pitch strategies, backed by strong research, sharp insights and a clear understanding of brands and their business objectives.

From decoding briefs and identifying opportunities to shaping strategic narratives and building compelling pitch presentations, you will play a key role in turning business opportunities into winning pitches.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end strategic planning for new business pitches, from understanding the brief to developing the final pitch approach.
• Conduct in-depth market, category, consumer and competitor research to identify insights, gaps and opportunities for prospective clients.
• Work closely with the BD and Growth team to understand prospect requirements and translate business challenges into strategic solutions.
• Develop pitch strategies, brand narratives,



communication frameworks and campaign approaches aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, media, influencer, production and other internal teams to build integrated 360° pitch solutions.
• Structure and develop pitch presentations with a robust strategic narrative, clear recommendations and compelling storytelling.
• Present and articulate strategic thinking confidently to internal stakeholders and prospective clients.
• Manage multiple pitch assignments simultaneously, ensuring strategic depth, quality and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, emerging platforms and competitor activity to bring fresh perspectives to pitches.

What We’re Looking For:
