Job Description
-Social Media Operations
• Manage social media calendars and execute content plans across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)
• Manage campaigns across various social media platforms, including budget allocation, ad copy, and creative testing.
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, ensuring consistent messaging and timely responses.
• Execute brand-level followers and boost campaigns for the social media growth strategy
• Partner with BUs and cross-functional teams to gather content details and ensure seamless publishing.
• Identify and work on opportunities to amplify user-generated content (e.g., testimonials, campus visits, company events) for social media engagement.

-Online Response and Reputation Management (ORRM)




• Respond to comments and messages promptly and address any customer concerns in a qualified and timely manner across owned and 3rd party review channels.
• Identify and escalate any potential issues to the appropriate team members.
• Work on continuously improving positive word of mouth for the brand online.

-Reporting & Analytics:
• Compile social media data and generate reports to track key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions).
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform data-driven social media strategy recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and refine social media strategies.

-Supporting Marketing Operations:
• Support the marketing team with operational tasks managing trackers, generating reports, identifying various tools and platforms, working with agencies, vendor onboarding, etc

Requisite Qualification
Essential
Graduate in any discipline
Preferred
MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Certification / Diploma in Digital Marketing

Requisite Experience
Essential
8 - 10 years of work experience with 3- 4 yrs o
