Role Description The Owner role is a full time, on-site position based in Dehradun, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project and business operations related to infrastructure development. This role involves setting strategic direction for local projects, ensuring alignment with company standards, and monitoring progress on engineering, construction, safety, and quality objectives. The Owner will coordinate with project managers, technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Daily activities include reviewing project reports, approving key operational decisions, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and performance excellence.
