• Geometric compatibility studies encompass static and dynamic checks, clearances, variations, positional correctness, and interface completeness within Teamcenter/Vismockup/CATIA V5/3DX.
• Conducting package study evaluations to ensure each vehicle part meets master design requirements prior to manufacturing.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in CAD positioning and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D Model and Drawing updates as per Engineering Change requests. Drawing Prints checking as per Drafting Standards
• Key responsibilities include collaborating with regional cross-functional teams and resolving CAD or packaging issues.
• Familiarity with BOM, program complexity, and adaptable part simulation study (Vent,



Cooling hoses and Bellows) would be a significant advantage.
• BE/ME in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with 4+ years of experience in powertrain (Transmission, Driveline, Engine, Fuel, Cooling and Exhaust components).
• Must have practical experience in Clearance & Interference checks, CAD Positioning, 3D Model /Drawing updates and Drawing Prints checking as per Drafting Standards for Powertrain/Vehicle components in 3DX environment.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools is required
