About the Role
As a Relationship Manager – Partner Recruitment, you will be a key member of Wealthy’s Partner Recruitment Team (PRT), responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding highpotential partners into Wealthy’s growing wealth management ecosystem. The role involves building relationships with wealth managers, financial advisors, mutual fund distributors, and other financial professionals, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how Wealthy’s technology, products, and solutions can help them scale their business. You will be responsible for managing the partner journey from prospecting and relationship building to onboarding and initial activation, while creating a robust foundation for longterm partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Identification & Recruitment
• Identify and build a pipeline of potential wealth managers, financial advisors, MFDs, and financial professionals within the assigned market.
• Research and understand prospective partners, their business models, client segments, and growth potential.




• Initiate meaningful business conversations and establish relationships with potential partners.
• Evaluate partner fit based on business potential, profile, and Wealthy’s partner requirements.
2. Partner Engagement & Business Pitch
• Understand the partner’s business needs, challenges, and growth objectives.
• Present Wealthy’s technology platform, product ecosystem, and value proposition effectively.
• Conduct business discussions, product demonstrations, and solution presentations with prospective partners.
• Position Wealthy as a long-term business and technology partner, rather than simply a product provider. 3. Partner Onboarding
• Own the end-to-end partner onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Coordinate documentation, KYC, empanelment, and other onboarding requirements.
• Work closely with internal Operations, Compliance, Product, and Support teams to resolve onboarding-related
