Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:✔ End-to-end recruitment and hiring
✔ Candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and referrals
✔ Resume screening and initial interviews
✔ Interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers
✔ Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
✔ Offer rollout and onboarding coordination
Skills Required:✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




✅ Valuable understanding of recruitment processes
✅ Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
✅ Strong coordination and organizational skills
