Role Description
We are looking for a GST Input Reconciliation Lead who will be responsible for managing and
reviewing end-to-end GST input tax credit reconciliation processes for multiple entities of a
clients. The role requires strong understanding of GST, excellent reconciliation skills, and the




ability to independently manage client deliverables and lead a team of 5-6 people.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the GSTR-2B vs. books / purchase register reconciliation for multiple entities.
* Review and analyse unmatched, missing, duplicate and ineligible ITC.
* Prepare and maintain ITC mismatch trackers with clear action points and ageing.
* Identify differences arising due to vendor filing, amendments, credit/debit notes, timing
differences and accounting issues.
* Coordinate with client finance teams and vendors for resolution of reconciliation differences.
* Review GST input ledgers and ensure appropriate classification and eligibility of ITC.
* Support the team in determining ITC eligible for claim, to be deferred, or requiring reversal.
* Ensure reconciliation is completed before finalisation of GST returns / monthly compliance.
* Review GST workings and reconciliation reports prepared by team
