Role Description The Business Performance Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success by developing, implementing, and refining our OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework.



Your expertise will ensure that our strategic objectives are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned across all levels of the organization. You will be instrumental in analyzing performance data, facilitating OKR setting and review sessions, and providing insights to optimize our goal-setting processes and achieve outstanding results. In addition to driving the OKR framework, the role will be responsible for building and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will ensure KPIs are defined, measured, visualized, and reviewed regularly to drive accountability and results.
· Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field, with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworks
· Demonstrated experience in KPI framework design, tracking, and reporting across functions or business units
