Key Responsibilities• Independently manage multiple project sites simultaneously, particularly hospitality and high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Plan and oversee the complete project lifecycle, from mobilisation to final handover.
• Prepare project schedules, forecast requirements, and proactively address execution challenges.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, material procurement, quality, safety, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee project billing, BOQ variations, cost control, and commercial documentation.




• Conduct regular site visits and ensure timely reporting to management.

Requirements• Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience executing hospitality projects is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out works, site execution, planning, and billing.
• Ability to independently manage multiple sites and anticipate project requirements.
• Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be Mumbai-based and willing to travel to project sites as required.
