Role Description The Experience Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon and is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across CosmoWellness services and locations.



This role involves managing daily interactions at the fitness centers, coordinating group classes and wellness programs, and ensuring that clients receive consistent, high-quality service. The Experience Manager will track and analyze feedback, resolve escalated concerns, and collaborate with operations, sales, and training teams to improve processes and service standards. In addition, this role includes planning and executing customer engagement initiatives, supporting corporate wellness events, and ensuring that the environment and staff behaviors reflect the brand’s commitment to health, professionalism, and hospitality.
