Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Pattern Maker role based in Ahmedabad. The Pattern Maker will translate design sketches into accurate patterns for ready-to-wear garments and custom, ensuring fit, functionality, and consistency across styles and sizes. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and modifying patterns, supporting fittings,



and collaborating closely with designers and sample room teams to refine garment construction details. The role involves preparing production-ready patterns, maintaining pattern libraries, and working with both manual and computer-aided tools to meet quality and timeline expectations. The Pattern Maker contributes directly to the brand’s emphasis on versatility, craft, and fabric integrity by ensuring each piece is well-constructed and true to the design vision.

Qualifications
• Strong pattern creation skills, including Pattern Making and Pattern Design for ready-to-wear garments.
• Hands-on technical skills such as sewing and fitting to translate patterns into well-constructed, accurately fitting samples.
