Role Description As a Customer Support Specialist at eduTinker, you will be the primary point of contact for institutes and users,



providing timely and accurate assistance across our school management and learning platforms. In this full-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot technical and usage issues, and guide users through platform features and best practices, with flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. You will document support tickets, escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with product and technical teams to relay customer feedback, contribute to support documentation and FAQs, and help improve processes and service quality. You will also participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing to stay up to date on new features and updates.
