Role Description The Sr Lawyer will work full time on-site in Mumbai, handling complex legal matters and providing strategic advice to clients. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing case strategies, and representing clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings as needed. The role involves supervising junior legal staff, mentoring team members, and ensuring that all work complies with relevant laws and professional standards. The Sr Lawyer will collaborate with clients to assess risks, develop action plans,
