Business Development Executive - IT Services

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in a service-based IT company.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating new business, identifying potential clients, bringing software/IT projects to the organization, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.This is not a pure lead-generation role. We are looking for someone who understands IT services and software development and has experience converting opportunities into actual projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop recent business opportunities for IT services and software development.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable technology solutions.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations in coordination with the technical team.




• Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Explore new markets, industries, and potential client segments.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, conversations, proposals, and closures in the CRM.

What We're Looking for
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales.
• Prior experience working with a service-based IT / software development company is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in bringing new projects/business to the organization.
• Good understanding of IT services, software development, web/mobile applications, or custom software solutions.
