Position Details• Position: Senior QuickBooks Bookkeeper / Senior Accounting Executive
• Experience: 3 to 6 years
• Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Employment Type: Full time
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Job Responsibilities• QuickBooks Management: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
• Financial Transactions: Record and verify invoices, bills, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, customer invoices, outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups.
• Bank & Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, credit card,



and ledger reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, cash flow summaries, and management reports as required.
• Month-End & Year-End Closing: Support monthly and annual closing activities, including account reviews, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Expense Management: Review expense records, verify supporting documents, and maintain proper expense categorization.
• Accounts Review: Identify accounting discrepancies, resolve errors, and maintain the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain organized accounting records and support audit requirements and applicable statutory or tax-related documentation.
• Process Improvement: Improve bookkeeping workflows, accounting controls, and reporting accuracy.
• Coordination: Work with management, finance personnel, external accountants, and other stakehold
