Position Title: Senior React Native Developer
Experience Level: 6–7 Years
Must Have
• Core Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React Native.
• Component Architecture: Hands-on experience with both class-based and functional components, React Hooks, Context API, lifecycle methods, and Higher-Order Components (HOC).
• State Management: Deep expertise in state management libraries, specifically Redux Toolkit, Redux-Saga, and Context API.
• Integrations: Solid experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.
• Device Capabilities: Robust knowledge of native device features (Camera, Location, File System, Permissions) and platform-specific behaviors for both iOS and Android.
• Local Storage: Experience with mobile storage solutions like AsyncStorage, MMKV, and SQLite.
• App Performance & Security: Good understanding of performance optimization, responsive UI development,



and mobile security (secure storage, token management, authentication).
• Advanced Mobile Features: Experience implementing push notifications, background services, and offline synchronization.
• Deployment: Proven track record of publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Development Workflows: Strong proficiency with Git version control and working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and setting up/maintaining Azure CI/CD pipelines.
• New Architecture: Familiarity with React Native’s New Architecture, specifically Fabric and TurboModules.
• Native Migration: Experience migrating native Android (Java) applications to React Native.
• IoT Integration: Experience connecting and communicating with IoT devices via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or other hardware protocols.
