Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Trainer & Partner Coordination:
• Assist in sourcing and maintaining a database of trainers and Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Coordinate with trainers regarding availability, schedules, program requirements, and documentation.
• Support trainer onboarding and maintain updated trainer profiles.
• Collect trainer feedback and assist in tracking trainer performance
• Training Program Coordination:
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure timely program execution.
• Track program schedules, status updates, attendance, and completion details.
• Support the preparation and sharing of training-related information with relevant stakeholders.
• Resource Planning & Scheduling:
• Maintain trainer availability and allocation trackers.
• Assist in matching trainer availability with upcoming training requirements.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and escalate them to the operations team.




• Support coordination across different programs and time zones, as required.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of trainers, training programs, schedules, and operational activities.
• Prepare and update Excel trackers, dashboards, and regular status reports.
• Assist in updating CRM, LMS, ATS, and other operational systems.
• Ensure training documentation and records are organized and up to date.
• Process Improvement :
• Support the team in identifying operational gaps and scheduling bottlenecks.
• Assist in improving trackers, documentation, and coordination processes.
• Contribute to automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Help monitor program status and follow up on pending tasks
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Coordinate with business teams, workshop managers, trainers, and external partners.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely communication.
