• Provide customer support to clients through various channels such as chat, email, and blended processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
• Meet performance targets set by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry or related field.
• Solid communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
