Summary:
We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Technology Operations Manager / Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end ownership of a scalable enterprise data product platform in the corporate finance transformation space.
This role sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and operational excellence, responsible for driving platform scalability, delivery execution, and team leadership for a high-performing team . The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with robust operational rigor and stakeholder management, enabling the delivery of data-driven finance transformation solutions (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A;, etc.) at scale.
You will play a critical leadership role in shaping data platform strategy, engineering standards, and delivery governance, while ensuring high availability, quality, and business value realization across client engagements.

Technology & Architecture Leadership
• Define , collaborate and own the architecture roadmap for scalable data platforms supporting finance transformation use cases
• Manage and some time implement robust, secure, and high-performance data pipelines and analytics layers (cloud-native)
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices across data ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption layers
• Drive adoption of modern data stack (e.g., cloud data platforms, data lakes/lakehouse, orchestration, APIs, AI/ML enablement)
• Work with the DevOps team closely to create and own CI, CD , release management
