Your Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Python Developer with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience building robust, scalable backend services and distributed systems. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance APIs, data pipelines, and microservices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile setting, driving technical excellence from initial design through deployment and observability.

• Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend services and microservices using Python.

• API Engineering:



Architect and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and GraphQL schemas, integrating external third-party services and downstream systems using JSON-based payloads.

• Database Design & Management: Model, optimize, and manage NoSQL databases (primarily MongoDB) as well as relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MSSQL) for query performance and data integrity.

• System Administration & Tooling: Develop, deploy, and debug applications directly in Linux/Unix environments.

• Code Quality & Mentorship: Drive clean architecture, comprehensive unit/integration testing, and code reviews across Git-based workflows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, QA, and DevOps engineers within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver sprint commitments predictably.
