Role Summary

We are hiring a BDR
with 2 years of outbound experience who owns the full funnel for US public
sector and nonprofit accounts, from first outreach and webinar registration through to qualified opportunity. The role combines
outbound prospecting, webinar planning and execution, content development and
Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud campaign management, with a clear focus on
pipeline growth, revenue conversion and marketing ROI. Webinars may be
co-hosted with partners or run solely by Brite.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound
Pipeline Generation

• Conduct outbound outreach by email, LinkedIn and phone to US-based prospects to start and develop business conversations.

• Build and qualify target
lists using ZoomInfo, Cause IQ and similar tools.
