About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategy, market expansion,



and revenue growth for the aqua feed business in ROI aqua feed market. The role requires robust leadership, deep industry knowledge, and proven expertise in channel development, key account management, and building high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets in Andhra Pradesh.
• Drive expansion in fish feed & Aqua Health care segments.
• Forecast demand and ensure product availability through close coordination with production & supply chain teams.
• Channel & Dealer Management
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and large-scale farmers.
• Design and implement effective incentive schemes, credit policies, and partner engagement models.
• Monitor dealer performance and ensure high channel satisfaction.
• Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers/Area Sales Manager
