Customer Support Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to help our members enjoy a smooth experience with Fit.Zone. You will handle customer queries, resolve membership-related concerns, coordinate with partner fitness centres, and ensure timely, skilled support across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and social media.
• Assist members with membership plans, payments, renewals, account issues, and fitness centre access.
• Resolve complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
• Coordinate with partner fitness centres and internal teams to resolve member concerns.
• Follow up with members to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain accurate customer records, support tickets, and interaction logs.
• Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to support processes.
• Help members understand Fit.Zone services, membership benefits, and app features.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, hospitality, retail, BPO, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication and problem-solving skills are welcome to apply.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM or ticketing tools.
