About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Linux Administrator – L1+ to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise Linux server environments.

The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Linux Administration, Server Troubleshooting, Performance Monitoring, Patching, Middleware Support, and Basic Scripting, ensuring infrastructure availability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Linux Server Administration

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu, Debian, and CentOS environments.
• Perform day-to-day Linux server administration, including user management, permissions, services, and filesystem management.
• Ensure server availability, stability, and performance.
• Support infrastructure operations and maintain server configurations as per defined standards.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor server performance, CPU, memory, disk utilization, and system availability.
• Troubleshoot Linux OS, application services, and infrastructure-related incidents.
• Analyze system logs and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Perform initial root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Support capacity planning and recommend performance improvements.
