The Team

We are looking for a seasoned consulting skilled with experience in process transformation, operational excellence, and business change within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leading complex transformation engagements, designing and implementing future-state operating models, and driving measurable impact through process re-engineering, digitization, and automation initiatives.





This role demands a blend of strategic problem-solving and operational rigor — someone who can partner with senior client stakeholders, translate business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps, and lead high-performing consulting teams to deliver sustainable results.

Given our growth ambitions, we seek an individual who is entrepreneurial, outcome-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable operating with ambiguity while driving multiple priorities independently.

How You Will Contribute

• Lead Transformation Engagements: Lead and deliver end-to-end process and operations transformation programs across key areas such as retail banking, corporate banking, insurance, asset managers, payments.
• Drive initiatives in cost optimization, productivity improvement, process (re)design, operating model redesign, and digital enablement for financial services clients.
