Role Description:
This is a full time, on-site structural engineer role based in Bhopal.



The structural engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for a variety of infrastructure and building projects, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day activities include preparing and reviewing calculations, developing and checking structural drawings and models using CAD tools, and coordinating with civil engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate structural solutions into overall project designs. The role also involves site visits to assess structural conditions, support construction teams, resolve technical issues, and verify that work conforms to design specifications. The structural engineer will contribute to technical documentation, reports, and design reviews and support continuous improvement in engineering processes and quality standards.
