Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database.
• Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and investment opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain lead status.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with potential customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



follow-ups, and site visits in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build robust relationships with prospective buyers and provide timely information.
• Stay updated about company projects, inventory, offers, and market trends.

Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or B2C sales preferred.
• Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
