Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Manager - Channel Sales to build and manage relationships with channel partners, including real estate brokers, property consultants, and referral partners. The role involves generating qualified interior design leads, driving Experience Centre Visits (ECVs), improving conversions, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Management: Build, onboard, and nurture relationships with brokers, real estate consultants, and referral partners to drive business growth.
- Partner Training: Educate channel partners on HouseCanvas offerings, product portfolio, pricing, sales processes, and commission structures.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified interior design leads through the channel partner network and referral ecosystem.




- Experience Centre Visits: Drive bookings, coordinate customer visits, and improve lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between channel partners, customers, designers, and internal teams.
- Design Coordination: Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth client discussions, requirement alignment, and project feasibility assessments.
- Query Resolution: Address partner and customer queries related to pricing, project timelines, product offerings, and execution workflows.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track lead status, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, track partner productivity, and monitor key performance metrics.
