We are expanding our presence and looking for dynamic professionals to lead and build a self-sourcing loan sales team.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Manager who will be responsible for self-sourcing loan files from the open market and managing a team of loan officers to drive disbursement targets across multiple financial products.

The role involves end-to-end loan processing, from lead generation to disbursement, along with recruitment, training,



and activation of the team for consistent monthly business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Self-source loan leads from the open market through direct channels, references, and networking.

Process and coordinate loan applications from sourcing to final disbursement stage.

Manage and lead a team of Loan Officers / Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Hire, train, and motivate current team members to ensure active participation and productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, bankers, and internal stakeholders.

Monitor team performance, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain high conversion ratios.

Stay updated with lending policies, product features, and credit assessment norms of various banks and NBFCs.

Generate cross-selling opportunities for insurance and wealth products.
