The Sales Executive Intern will support the growth of Solarneo Technologies by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and assisting in closing new business opportunities with solar companies. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves researching target markets, reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and online channels, and scheduling product demos for the senior sales team. The intern will help prepare sales presentations, maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up on inquiries, and gather customer feedback to improve outreach strategies. This is an internship role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The role offers exposure to SaaS sales in the renewable energy sector and the opportunity to learn structured sales processes.

Qualifications





• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey value clearly to potential customers.
• Good research and analytical abilities to identify prospects, understand customer needs, and track market trends in the solar and SaaS sectors.
• Basic familiarity with sales or marketing concepts, including lead generation, pipeline management, and customer relationship building.
• Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, productivity suites (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations), and online communication platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a hybrid work workplace with minimal supervision.
• Interest in renewable energy, solar technology, or SaaS products; prior exposure through projects or coursework is an advantage.
