About the Opportunity
This is a 3-month structured training and performance evaluation internship designed to prepare candidates for a full-time career in IT Sales and Business Development.
During the internship, you will receive practical training, work on real business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and learn how technology companies acquire customers and close deals.
Compensation and Career Progression• Internship Duration: 3 Months
• Monthly Stipend: ₹6,000–₹12,000, depending on candidate suitability and the final offer
• Potential Full-Time CTC:



₹4–6 LPA after successful completion of training and final selection
• Work Mode: On-site
• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Candidates will be evaluated throughout the internship based on their learning progress, communication skills, sales performance, achievement of assigned targets, professionalism, and overall contribution.
Please note that full-time conversion is performance-based and is not guaranteed upon completion of the internship.

• Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other outbound sales activities.
