CraftMyPlate is a Hyderabad-based platform for micro-events: house parties, birthdays, office celebrations and small gatherings. We are looking for an experienced performance marketing consultant to own paid growth on our app on a contract basis, working closely with the founders, the growth team and our content team.

Engagement: 6-month contract (extendable) · In office, Hyderabad

What you'll do day-to-day

In this role, you will own revenue from paid: ROAS, cost per install, cost per order and blended CAC, rather than impressions or installs. You will run Meta Ads hands-on, from audience research, targeting and campaign structure to creative strategy, testing, copy and retargeting, partnering with the content team on UGC and occasion-led creatives. On Google, you will run app, search, display and video campaigns, and own keyword research, bidding, budget strategy and conversion tracking.

You will drive app installs and first orders, building demand around occasions and festivals. You will work hands-on in our MMP (AppsFlyer), keep attribution,



product analytics and engagement data separate, and explain the gap when Meta, Google and the MMP disagree, rather than picking the friendliest number. You will share weekly channel-wise reports, run regular account audits, and act on what they find.

Who we're looking for

The ideal candidate should have:

Basic qualifications:
· 7+ years in performance marketing, preferably scaling D2C consumer companies
· Experience promoting a D2C app (not a website), including app campaigns that drive installs and orders
· Deep Meta Ads expertise, including app campaigns
· Google Ads experience across search and app campaigns, including keyword research
· Hands-on experience in an MMP, preferably AppsFlyer (Singular, Adjust or Branch also considered)
· Strong Excel skills, with the ability to build your own reporting rather than wait on an export
· A robust analytical, number-driven approach

Preferred qualifications:
· ASO experience
