Role Description The Admission Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, including providing program information, explaining eligibility criteria,



and supporting them with application and documentation requirements. This role involves responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, conducting campus tours, and participating in admission events, outreach activities, and education fairs. The Admission Counselor will collaborate with academic departments and administrative offices to ensure accurate information sharing, maintain applicant records, and support enrollment targets. The counselor will also contribute to admission strategies, follow up with leads, and help build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders.
